according to @tomwanhh, Arbitrum DAO received a $10,000 Orbit license fee in August, with 50% coming from @plumenetwork. Chains built on the Orbit Stack (not settled on Arbitrum One) are required to pay 10% of their protocol net revenue, with 80% of this fee going to the DAO.
