In 2019, Joy Link Studio won the second place in the international technology competition "Black Star", where it was recognized by several international institutions.

Recently, according to official news, Joy Link Studios announced that it has received a Series B investment of $80 million. The investment was led by venture capital firm Breyer Capital, with the rest of the companies participating in the round including Electric Capital, HyperChain Capital and Crypto Capital. In addition, Joe Ramsy, a former Google executive who has worked on Silicon Valley technology development, has joined the studio as technical director, and Oneil Howel, a former Avalanche Studios employee, has joined the studio as senior designer.
